![Western Blot: Lamin A + C Antibody (WL4G10) [NBP2-59933] - Lamin A + C (WL4G10) [NBP2-59933] - Whole cell lysates from HeLa and 293T cells were separated on SDS-PAGE gel, transferred to nitrocellulose membrane and stained with WL4G10 antibody. Primary antibody incubation with NBP3-09006 was carried out at 4 ug/ml for 30 minutes. Samples were then incubated with an anti-rabbit IgG HRP secondary antibody for 20 mins followed by DAB (3,3'-diaminobenzidine), and counter-staining with haemotoxylin.
