• Application Notes: WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 35 kDa band in human heart, liver and uterus lysates after 0.5 ug/ml antibody staining and also in fetal mouse heart, kidney ans lung lysates after 0.1 ug/ml antibody staining . Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 54.8 kDa band according to NP_037436.1. The 35 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
