  CC14 cells (the primary TNM4 /tumour?node?metastasis, stage-4 human colon cancer cells with epithelial morphology) were infected with control shTMED3 lentivectors, or treated with Brefeldin A (BFA, 5 ug/ml in DMSO for 2 h). Thereafter, the cells were immunostained for TMED3 - cells fixed in 4% PFA/PBS for 5 min, permeabilization performed using Triton X?100 (0.1%, 10 min), rabbit anti?TMED3 NBP2?13439 used at 1:100 dilution.
