Background

GPR34 has been reported to be expressed in the brain, particularly in caudate, frontal cortex, putamen, and thalamus, as well as in eye, liver, and testis. ESTs have been isolated from adipose, B-cell/lung/testis, eye, liver/spleen, placenta, tonsil, and uterus libraries.
