![Western Blot: Lewis A,B Blood Group Antigens Antibody (HEA164) - Chimeric [NBP3-12056] - Human colorectal carcinoma tissue lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of HEA164 (NBP3-12056) at 0.001 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. MUC5AC transcript signal was referenced to beta-actin transcript signal. The significance was calculated by comparison of the OEPC, REPC & RPMI 2650 data with the c.n. media transcription data using an unpaired t-test. * p < 0.05; n = 4; error bars represent mean ± SD.
