PVDF membrane was probed with 1.0 ug/mL of Mouse Anti-Human B7-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP2-25208) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF018). Specific band was detected for B7-2 at approximately 90 kDa (as indicated) in the parental Ramos cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout Ramos cell line.
