456-MC) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CCR2A in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Mouse CCL7/ MARC (2 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse CCL7/MARC Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF-456-NA). The ND50 is typically 7.5-45 µg/mL." class="big_lightbox" target="_blank">

The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL7/MCP-3 (1 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human CCL7/MCP-3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB282). MCP3 encodes monocyte chemotactic protein 3, a secreted chemokine which attracts macrophages during inflammation and metastasis. It is a member of the C-C subfamily of chemokines which are characterized by having two adjacent cysteine residues. The protein is an in vivo substrate of matrix metalloproteinase 2, an enzyme which degrades components of the extracellular matrix. This gene is part of a cluster of C-C chemokine family members on chromosome 17q.
