Western blot shows lysates of human kidney tissue, human heart tissue, and human testis tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with a 1:1000 dilution of Rabbit Anti-Human BTN2A2/Butyrophilin 2A2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8645) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for BTN2A2/Butyrophilin 2A2 at approximately 50-60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

BTN2A2/Butyrophilin 2A2 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human thymus using Rabbit Anti-Human BTN2A2/Butyrophilin 2A2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8645) at a 1:50 dilution overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rabbit HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS005) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Simple Western lane view shows lysates of human kidney tissue, human heart tissue, and human testis tissue, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for BTN2A2/Butyrophilin 2A2 at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated) using 1:25 dilution of Rabbit Anti-Human BTN2A2/Butyrophilin 2A2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8645) . This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
