![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CD133 Antibody [NBP2-44249] - NIH/3T3 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with anti-mCD133 (M30) (NBP2-44249) at a 1:200 dilution overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Alpha tubulin was used as a co-stain at a 1:1000 dilution and detected with an anti-mouse DyLight 550 (Red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). ![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Tau Antibody (5B10) [NBP2-50051] - E18 rat brain cultures were grown for 10 days, fixed and immunostained with NBP2-50051 in red and chicken antibody to MAP2 (NB300-213, green) and for DNA (blue). NBP2-50051 stains the neuronal perikarya, dendrites and axonal process strongly and does not stain non neuronal cells in these cultures. The MAP2 antibody also stains neurons only, but only the perikarya and dendrites.
