![Western Blot: beta 2-Microglobulin Antibody (BBM.1) - Chimeric [NBP2-81045] - Western Blot using anti-Beta-2 microglobulin antibody BBM.1 [NBP2-81045]. HeLa cell lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the chimeric rabbit version of BBM.1 [NBP2-81045] at 0.03 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected band size for Beta-2 microglobulin is 13.7 kDa.
