After washing in FACS buffer, R-PE-conjugated antibody to rat IgG was added. ![Western Blot: Mouse Monoclonal Siglec-2/CD22 Antibody (S-HCL-1) [NBP3-09167] - The reactivity of S-HCL-1 antibody was assessed by comparing binding signals in a panel of three human B cell and one T cell line. Western blotting analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (RIPA lysis buffer) of Raji, Ramos, Daudi, and Jurkat cell lines, mixed and heated (100C, 5 min) without reducing agent in SDS-loading buffer.
