![Immunohistochemistry: CD55/DAF Antibody (LU30) - Chimeric [NBP2-62562] - Immunohistochemical staining of human lung tissue using anti-CD55 antibody. LU30 Anti-CD55 (Complement decay-accelerating factor)staining of paraffin embedded human lung tissue using the rabbit-chimeric version of LU30 (NBP2-62562). Antigen retreival was acheived by microwaving in citrate buffer (pH6), followed by blocking with protein block serum-free buffer. Primary antibody incubation with NBP2-62562 was carried out at 4 ug/ml for 30 minutes. Samples were then incubated with an anti-rabbit IgG HRP secondary antibody for 20 mins followed by DAB (3,3'-diaminobenzidine), and counter staining with haematoxylin. Strong staining of the epithelial surface of alveoli may be observed. ![Western Blot: CD38 Antibody (AT13/5) [NBP2-81055] - Western Blot using anti-CD38 antibody (AT13/5) [NBP2-81055]. Human spleen lysate samples (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the chimeric rabbit version of AT13/5 [NBP2-81055] at 1 ug/mL before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected running size for CD38 is 34.3 kDa, but this protein is glycosylated at several residues.
