![Immunohistochemistry: Pyruvate Dehydrogenase E2 Antibody (JE34-38) [NBP3-32880] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human testis tissue with Rabbit anti-Pyruvate Dehydrogenase E2 antibody (NBP3-32880) at 1/200 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. ![Western Blot: PRMT3 Antibody (RAB-C372) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20143] - HEK293(A), HeLa(B), HepG2(C), MCF7(D) and A549(E) cell lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of RAB-C372 (NBP3-20143) at 0.001 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody.
