![Western Blot: MHC Class II Antibody (OX-6) - BSA Free [NBP3-43538] - Rat spleen (A), rat thymus (B) and rat lymph node (C) lysate samples (35µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with NBP3-43538 at 1 µg/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected running size for MHC Class II is ~24.5-31.6kDa, depending on the isoform and post-translational modification.
