Western Blot: YIF1B Antibody [NBP2-76381] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-YIF1B antibody NBP2-76381 used for IP at 40 ul per reaction. YIF1B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-YIF1B antibody NBP2-76382. For blotting immunoprecipitated YIF1B, NBP2-76381 was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
