• Specificity: Recognizes the Spike of HCoV-HKU1 (isolate N5) in ELISA. Doesn't recognize the Spike of SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, HCoV-NL63, HCoV-229E, HCoV-OC43.
