Antibody: Affinity purified Rabbit anti-HMCES antibody NBP2-60700 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Western Blot: HMCES Antibody [NBP2-60700] - Detection of human C3orf37 (HMCES) by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Immunoprecipitation: HMCES Antibody [NBP2-60700] - Detection of human HMCES by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from MCF-7 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit anti-HMCES antibody NBP2-60700 used for IP at 40 ul per reaction. HMCES was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HMCES antibody NBP2-76818. For blotting immunoprecipitated HMCES, NBP2-60700 was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
