![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: P2Y12/P2RY12 Antibody [NBP1-78249] - SR8278 induces microglial process extension and expression of P2Y12R and Bmal1. SR8278 (20 uM) recovered the fluorescence intensity of Bmal1 and P2Y12R and increased microglial process length in either the absence or presence of fAbeta1-42 (P2Y12R in red and Bmal1 in green). ![Immunohistochemistry: P2Y12/P2RY12 Antibody (PSH04-48) [NBP3-32622] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human brain tissue with Rabbit anti-P2Y12/P2RY12 antibody (NBP3-32622) at 1/1,000 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32622) at 1/1,000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen.
