![Immunohistochemistry: GABA-B R1 Antibody (JE60-09) [NBP3-32359] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue with Rabbit anti-GABA-B R1 antibody (NBP3-32359) at 1/1,000 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32359) at 1/1,000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. ![Western Blot: CD38 Antibody (AT13/5) [NBP2-81055] - Western Blot using anti-CD38 antibody (AT13/5) [NBP2-81055]. Human spleen lysate samples (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the chimeric rabbit version of AT13/5 [NBP2-81055] at 1 ug/mL before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected running size for CD38 is 34.3 kDa, but this protein is glycosylated at several residues.
