![Western Blot: 5-Lipoxygenase [p Ser523] Antibody [NB300-277] - Western blot of rat cortex lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~80k doublet of 5-LO phosphorylated at Ser523 (Control). The phosphospecificity of this labeling is shown in the second lane (lambda-phosphatase: lambda-Ptase). The blot is identical to the control except that it was incubated in lambda-Ptase (1200 units for 30 min) before being exposed to the 5-LO Ser523 antibody. ![Immunohistochemistry: POMC Antibody (PD01-40) [NBP3-32841] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat pituitary tissue with Mouse anti-POMC antibody (NBP3-32841) at 1/4,000 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32841) at 1/4,000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen.
