Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WDR5 antibody A302-429A (lot A302-429A-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. WDR5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-WDR5 antibody A302-430A. For blotting immunoprecipitated WDR5, A302-430A was used at 1 ug/ml. ![Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Histone H3 [ac Lys23] Antibody (JE46-39) [NBP3-32428] - Immunocytochemistry analysis of HeLa cells treated with or without 500 ng/mL TSA for 4 hours labeling Histone H3 with Rabbit anti-Histone H3 antibody (NBP3-32428) at 1/100 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes at 37 ℃, permeabilized with 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 20 minutes, and then blocked with 2% negative goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with Rabbit anti-Histone H3 antibody (NBP3-32428) at 1/100 dilution in 2% negative goat serum overnight at 4 ℃.
