OR1S2, also known as Olfactory receptor 1S2, is a 36.6 kDa, 325 amino acid protein that is involved in olfactory signal reception and transduction. Current research is being conducted with the protein on neuronitis. The protein interacts with ADRBK2, GNAL, and ARRB2 in GPCR downstream signaling and olfactory transduction pathways.
