Myc Epitope Tag Antibody

Western Blot: Myc Epitope Tag Antibody [NBP2-43691] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Myc tag antibody diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Myc Epitope Tag Antibody [NBP2-43691] - Analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed Myc tag transfected HeLa, using Myc tag antibody (green) at 1:3000 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled (red) at 1:2500.

HeLa transfected lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation using (B) normal rabbit IgG or (C) 2.5 ug of anti-Myc antibody . (A) Input, 15ug of HeLa transfected lysates. The precipitated protein was detected. EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG Kit was used in Western blot.
