Western Blot: Lymphoma Markers Antibody Pack [NBP1-78950] - 2vials [NBP1-78950] - WB in rat brain and HEK cell lysates using NB300-186 showing different glycosylation patterns of SynCAM1. Brain fractions give banding patterns of a core glycosylation population around 50kDa and a slightly higher glycosylated population around 65 kDa. The heterologous HEK cell lysates give a single, fully glycosylated, band around 107kDa.

Background

Nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma (NL) affects mostly Oriental populations, due to epigenetic modification that seem isolated to this ethnic group. CADM1 is silenced in NL, while its tumor suppressor partner EPB41L3 seems unchanged. Similar effects are seen in non-Hodgkin lymphoma, indicating that analysis of these targets can differentiate early lymphomas from normal cells.
