Western Blot: Dengue Virus NS2B Antibody [NBP2-42891] - Non-infected (-) and infected (+) Huh-7 whole cell extracts (15 ug) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Dengue virus NS2B protein antibody diluted at 1:1000. HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
