Conjugate | Unconjugated |
Format | BSA Free |
Concentration | 0.5 mg/ml |
Immunogen | Made to Human DENDRITIC CELLS,B CELLS |
Marker | Dendritic Cell Marker |
Specificity | NB100-64607 recognizes an epitope within the class II MHC complex. In normal tissue NB100-64607 identifies dendritic cells and a proportion of B lymphocytes. Within the macrophage/dendritic cell populations the epitope seen by RFD1 is co-expressed with RFD7 by a subset of cells that exhibit suppressive activity on T cell stimulation. It will not bind to monocytes or any cells within the granulocyte series. |

Interleukin 33 (IL-33) - A dual function cytokine IL-33 is a member of the interleukin family of cytokines that regulates a wide variety of cellular functions. Its receptor is ST2, an IL-1 receptor family member that also acts as a negative regulator of TLR-IL-1R signaling and the IL-1R accessory ... Read full blog post. |
RANK and RANKL: Climbing the Ranks of Bone Metabolism Apoptosis, or programmed cell death, is a normal component of cellular differentiation and the development of multicellular organisms. Exploring Various Studies on TLR6 Expression The protein TLR6 is one member of the large Toll-like receptor (TLR) family, which governs the activation of the innate immunity system and pathogen recognition in cells. The TLR family is highly conserved from Drosophila to humans, and all the family... Read full blog post. |
CD Markers and Evolving role of Antibodies in Flow Cytometry Cluster of differentiation (CD) antigens are membrane proteins in nature that are predominantly expressed on the leukocyte surface. However diminutive sums of CD antigens have also been reported to be expressed on other cell types which include the en... Read full blog post. |
