| Immunogen | Made to Mouse DENDRITIC/INTERDIGITATING CELLS |
| Marker | Dendritic Cell Marker |
| Specificity | NB100-64608 is located in the cytoplasm as distinct spots near the nucleus. The antigen is found in dendritic cells; MIDC-8 does not stain thymic epithelial cells which are the major contaminants in thymic dendritic cell preparations. The antigen is also absent in blood cells, bone marrow cells or macrophages isolated from the peritoneal cavity. The antigen is found in interdigitating cells in T cell dependent areas of secondary lymphoid organs, the medulla of thymus, veiled cells, and very weakly in Langerhans cells. |

Interleukin 33 (IL-33) - A dual function cytokine IL-33 is a member of the interleukin family of cytokines that regulates a wide variety of cellular functions. Its receptor is ST2, an IL-1 receptor family member that also acts as a negative regulator of TLR-IL-1R signaling and the IL-1R accessory ... Read full blog post. |

Exploring Various Studies on TLR6 Expression The protein TLR6 is one member of the large Toll-like receptor (TLR) family, which governs the activation of the innate immunity system and pathogen recognition in cells. The TLR family is highly conserved from Drosophila to humans, and all the family... Read full blog post. |

CD Markers and Evolving role of Antibodies in Flow Cytometry Cluster of differentiation (CD) antigens are membrane proteins in nature that are predominantly expressed on the leukocyte surface. However diminutive sums of CD antigens have also been reported to be expressed on other cell types which include the en... Read full blog post. |
