First antibodies: Lane “Hus”: RSV convalescent human sera; Lane “MAb”: 11-6-F9 antibody. The antigen was analysed by electrophoresis using non-reducing conditions (SDS alone) for Lane “MAb” and reducing conditions for Lane “Hus” as described in Gimenez et al. (1986).
