BMP-8 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human osteosarcoma using 15 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human BMP-8 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1073) overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). BMP8 activates both SMAD pathways in bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. A–C Detection and autocrine function of BMP8 proteins in bone cells.
