![Western Blot: MORC3 Antibody [NBP1-83036] - Total and purified protein fractions from mock (m) & wt HSV-1 (wt; MOI 10 12 h p.i.) infected HA-HisSUMO2 cells analyzed by WB (uninfected HA-His only total protein & purified fractions as controls; mock infected = m; infected samples = wt). Probable sumoylated species of PML, NACC1, ZBTB10, ZBTB38, ZBTB4 and MORC3 detected in uninfected purified samples (indicated by dashes on the right of panels), & reduced in abundance during HSV-1 infection. HepaRG cells were infected with wt or mSLS4 mutant HSV-1 and samples taken at 3, 6 and 10 h after infection were analyzed for the abundance of NACC1, MORC3 and ZBTB38 as indicated.
