![Western Blot: BTF Antibody [NBP2-24859] - Total protein from human A431 and U2Os cells and mouse 3T3 and Neuro2A cells was separated on a 7.5% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. Image is showing both cytoplasmic and nuclear localisation positivity of BCLAF1 in colon cancer which is in agreement with existing literature. Exclusively nuclear localisation of BCLAF1 is observed in non-neoplastic colon mucosa.
