![Western Blot: LIN-28A Antibody [NBP1-49537] - Hypoxia promoted an increase in the expression of SOX-2, OCT-4, KLF-4, Nanog, Lin-28A and CD133. Cells were probed with a LIN28 monoclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:50 for at least 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS, and incubated with a DyLight 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody.
