![<b>Genetic Strategies Validation. </b>Western Blot: ACE/CD143 Antibody (ACE/3762) [NBP3-07607] - Western blot shows lysates of SK-N-FI and ACE/CD143 knockout SK-N-FI cell line (KO). Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with ACE/CD143 Antibody (Catalog # NBP3-08557) O/N at 4C, followed by HRP-conjugated Secondary Antibody and ECL detection. A specific band was detected for ACE/CD143 (as indicated) in the parental SK-N-FI cell line, but is not detectable in knockout SK-N-FI cell line. Primary antibody dilution used: 1/500.
