The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32167) at 1/5,000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. ![Immunohistochemistry: CD34 Antibody (My10) - Chimeric [NBP2-62554] - Immunohistochemical staining of human placenta tissue using anti-CD34 antibody. My10 Anti-CD34 staining of paraffin embedded human placenta tissue using the rabbit-chimeric version of My10 (NBP2-62554). Antigen retreival was acheived by microwaving in citrate buffer (pH6), followed by blocking with protein block serum-free buffer. Primary antibody incubation with NBP2-62554 was carried out at 4 ug/ml for 30 minutes. Samples were then incubated with an anti-rabbit IgG HRP secondary antibody for 20 mins followed by DAB (3,3'-diaminobenzidine), and counter-staining with haemotoxylin. Strong endothelial staining of within villi may be observed.
