![Flow Cytometry: B7-1/CD80 Antibody (16C10) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-12027] - Daudi cells were fixed using 2% PFA and stained with anti-unknown specificity antibody (isotype control, black line) or NBP3-12027 (blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. Untreated human peripheral blood monocyte (PBM) (A), PMA/lonomycin-treated PBM (B), human spleen (C), human thymus (D), Jurkat cell (E) and Molt4 cell (F) lysate samples (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 15% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the rabbit IgG-chimeric version of LNKB-2 [NBP2-81047] at 1 ug/ml (A, B) or 0.1 ug/ml (C-F) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. Protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected running size for IL-2 is 17.6kDa.
