![Flow Cytometry: Integrin beta 1/CD29 Antibody (K20) - Chimeric [NBP2-52665] - Flow-cytometry using anti-CD29 antibody K20. Human leukocytes were stained with an isotype control (panel A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of K20 (NBP2-52665, panel B) at a concentration of 1 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT. ![Western Blot: MUPP1 Antibody [NBP1-49974] - Detection of Human MUPP1 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MUPP1 antibody used for WB at 0.1 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. MUPP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MUPP1 antibody which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated MUPP1 was used.
