Background

Reverse cholesterol transport seems to be regulared in part by the ability of LIMPII, SR-BI and CD36 to facilitate cholesterol update from high density lipoprotein. Analysis of these factors concurrently can indicate the probability of different individual's propensity towards reverse cholesterol transport.
