Western Blot: Panoptosome Antibody Pack [NBP3-20189] - Analysis of RIP3 using polyclonal RIPK3/RIP3 antibody [NBP2-24588]. Human tissue blot probed with 5 ug/ml of RIP3 antibody: 1) brain, 2) heart, 3) small intestine, 4) kidney, 5) liver, 6) lung, 7) skeletal muscle, 8) stomach, 9) spleen, 10) ovary, 11) testis, 12) placenta probed at 5 ug/ml, 13) Ramos cell lysate probed at 7 ug/ml. Theoretical molecular weight 56.7 kDa.

Western Blot: Panoptosome Antibody Pack [NBP3-20189] - Western blot shows lysates of MCF‑7 human breast cancer parental cell line and RIPK1/RIP1 knockout MCF‑7 cell line (KO). PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat RIPK1/RIP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3585) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for RIPK1/RIP1 at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated) in the parental MCF‑7 cell line, but is not detectable in knockout MCF‑7 cell line. GAPDH (Catalog # MAB5718) is shown as a loading control. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Flow (Intracellular): Panoptosome Antibody Pack [NBP3-20189] - An intracellular stain was performed on MCF7 cells with ASC/TMS1 NBP1-78977 (blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-24891 (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Dylight 550 (SA5-10033, Thermo Fisher).

Western Blot: Panoptosome Antibody Pack [NBP3-20189] - Analysis of active/cleaved Caspase 8 in NRK whole cell lysate using anti-active/cleaved Caspase 8 antibody (NB100-56116).

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Panoptosome Antibody Pack [NBP3-20189] - Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Panoptosome Antibody Pack [NBP3-20189] - Analysis of a FFPE tissue section of human stomach using 1:200 dilution of TAK1 antibody (NB100-56363). The staining was developed using HRP labeled anti-rabbit secondary antibody and DAB reagent, and nuclei of cells were counter-stained with hematoxylin
