| Application Notes | ELISA: NBP2-23590 (as capture antibody coated at 1 ug/mL) forms an antibody pair with NBP2-23588 (as biotinylated detection antibody) for sandwich ELISA of aprotinin at sample concentrations of 4-250 ug/mL. Both urine and plasma samples diluted 1/1000 can be assayed against standards in buffer. PBS-based buffers are unsuitable for this assay and 0.2 M glycine sodium buffer, pH 8.8, is recommended for washing and dilution buffers. |
