| Application Notes | ELISA: NBP2-23588 (as biotinylated detection antibody e.g. at 1 ug/mL) forms an antibody pair with NBP2-23589 (as capture antibody) for high-sensitivity sandwich ELISA of aprotinin at sample concentrations of 0.6-20 ug/mL. Aprotinin in urine diluted 1/1000 can be assayed against standards in buffer. For assay in plasma it is recommended to add aprotinin-free control plasma to the standards to match the plasma sample dilution. NBP2-23588 also forms an antibody pair with NBP2-23590 (as capture antibody) for sandwich ELISA of aprotinin at sample concentrations of 4-250 ug/mL. Both urine and plasma samples diluted 1/1000 can be assayed against standards in buffer. PBS-buffers are unsuitable for these assays and 0.2 M glycine sodium buffer, pH 8.8, is recommended. WB: NBP2-23588 can be used in Western blotting. |
