Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HP1BP3 antibody NBP2-76353 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: HP1BP3 Antibody [NBP2-76353] - Detection of human HP1BP3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HP1BP3 antibody NBP2-76353 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. HP1BP3 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-HP1BP3 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated HP1BP3, NBP2-76353 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
