Classical Cadherins Antibody Pack

C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line was stained with Sheep Anti-Human M-Cadherin/ Cadherin-15 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4096, filled histogram) or control antibody (Catalog # 5-001-A, open histogram), followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # NL010).

Flow (Intracellular): N-Cadherin Antibody (13A9) [NBP1-48309] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa with NBP1-48309 and a matched isotype control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by Mouse F(ab)2 IgG (H+L) PE-conjugated Antibody.

E-Cadherin was detected in immersion fixed mouse intestinal organoids using Goat Anti-Human/Mouse E-Cadherin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF748) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 493-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (green; Catalog # NL003) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). P-Cadherin was detected in immersion fixed A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, wildtype (left panel) but is not detected in P-Cadherin knockout (right panel), using Mouse Anti-Human P-Cadherin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB861) at 1 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Western blot shows lysates of HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line mock transfected or transfected with human E-Cadherin and NS0 mouse myeloma cell line transfected with Human P-Cadherin, N-Cadherin, or mock transfected. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Cadherin Pan Specific Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18385) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Cadherin at approximately 135 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Western blot shows lysate of HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human VE-Cadherin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9381) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for VE-Cadherin at approximately 125 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Cadherin-6/KCAD was detected in immersion fixed MG-63 human osteosarcoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human Cadherin-6/KCAD Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2715) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
