Choline Oxidase Antibody [Biotin]

Western Blot: Choline Oxidase Antibody [Biotin] [NBP1-77705] - Detection of Choline Oxidase. Samples of 1 and 0.25 ug of purified Choline Oxidase per lane were run by SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing conditions and reduced samples of purified Choline Oxidase contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Goat anti Choline Oxidase. Primary antibody was detected with Dylight 649 conjugated Donkey anti Goat (605-743-125 1:10K 1.5 hr RT in and imaged on the BioRad VersaDoc imaging system.

Secondary antibody: HRP streptavidin secondary antibody at 1:40,000 for 30 min at RT. Block: incubated with blocking buffer for 30 min at RT. Predicted/Observed size: 60 kDa, 60 kDa for Choline Oxidase
