Western Blot: BOLA2 Antibody [NBP2-78832] - Detection of human BOLA2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from OVCAR-4, HeLa, RPMI-8226, HEK293T, and UACC-62 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BOLA2 antibody NBP2-78832 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: BOLA2 Antibody [NBP2-78832] - Detection of human BOLA2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from OVCAR-4 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BOLA2 antibody NBP2-78832 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. BOLA2 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-BOLA2 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated BOLA2, NBP2-78832 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
