![Immunoprecipitation: Integrin alpha V beta 6 Antibody (AvB6 53a.2) [NBP2-50449] - avb6 was immunoprecipitated with rat mAbs and western blotted for B6 with C19 antibody. Film was then exposed for different time exposures. The control lane was DX3puroB6 lysate. 59A, 10B2, 620W and 12D shows a very good result in revealing the double band for β6 by 5 seconds, and 53a2 shows only the upper band of B6. By 1 minute, most rat mAbs reveal a B6 immunoprecipitate.
