(A) QPCR was performed to detect circHIPK3 expression in serum samples of patients with AP & healthy subjects. MAP, mild acute pancreatitis; SAP, severe Acute Pancreatitis. (B) CCK8 assay was performed to measure the cell viability in AR42J cells after caerulein treatment. (C) Levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-1 beta , IL-6, IL-8, & TNF-alpha were measured by ELISA kits in culture medium after caerulein treatment.
