![Western Blot: 4-1BB/TNFRSF9/CD137 Antibody (4B4-1-1) - Chimeric [NBP3-12029] - Human thymus(A), lymph node(B) and tonsil(C) tissue lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 4B4-1-1 (NBP3-12029) at 0.3 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody.
