![Flow Cytometry: GITR/TNFRSF18 Antibody (YGITR765) [NBP2-81090] - Flow-cytometry using [NBP2-81090]. Mouse activated T cells were stained with an isotype control (NBP2-52638, Orange) or the rabbit-chimeric version of YGITR765 [NBP2-81090] at a concentration of 1 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT without (Blue) and with (Grey) stimulation of the lymphocytes with immobilized anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies.
