![Western Blot: Mouse Monoclonal Siglec-2/CD22 Antibody (S-HCL-1) [NBP3-09167] - The reactivity of S-HCL-1 antibody was assessed by comparing binding signals in a panel of three human B cell and one T cell line. Western blotting analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (RIPA lysis buffer) of Raji, Ramos, Daudi, and Jurkat cell lines, mixed and heated (100C, 5 min) without reducing agent in SDS-loading buffer. ![Immunohistochemistry: Siglec-2/CD22 Antibody (PO00-31) [NBP3-32136] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human B-cell lymphoma tissue with Rabbit anti-Siglec-2/CD22 antibody (NBP3-32136) at 1/1,000 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32136) at 1/1,000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen.
