MRPS34, also known as Mitochondrial Ribosomal Protein S34, consists of a 218 amino acid isoform that is 26 kDa, and is a portion of the 28S small mitochondrial ribosome subunit, which is involved in protein synthesis. MRPS34 is not currently being utilized in any disease research. The protein interacts with ICT1, MYC, NFKBIL1, USP42, and DLG1. MRPS34 is not linked to any pathways or biological processes.
